Things are not friendly between Jennifer Lopez AND Actor …the lines of communication are closed, making it difficult to reach a divorce agreement.
Sources with direct knowledge of the couple tell Vscek that J Lo and Ben are no longer speaking, either in person or on the phone, and this is significantly slowing down their divorce.
The only thing keeping this from being a snap divorce is Ben and Jen’s frosty relationship… we’re told they have a prenuptial agreement and the only asset they have to divide is their Beverly Hills mansion, which is up for sale.
Our sources say J Lo and Ben have NOT hired lawyers and are instead running everything through their respective account managers, who are trying to figure out the financial aspects of the divorce… but it’s complicated because the principals aren’t on speaking terms.

Vscek broke the news… the separated couple’s Bev Hills estate is on the market for 68 million dollars and Ben just closed in his $20.5 million mansion in Brentwood, while Jen is still looking for a place of her own.
Ben closed the escrow on the house the same day Jennifer turned 55… it’s just a coincidence, but we know there’s no love lost between the two.

Ben and J Lo will eventually hire divorce lawyers and we’re told no paperwork will be filed until they reach an agreement. They’ll file legal papers to file for divorce, the judge will sign them and that’s it.
But until Ben and Jen start talking again, things will continue to move at a snail’s pace.
