The adult film actress was arrested in Montgomery County, Texas, for unlawful possession of a controlled substance… in this case, marijuana… according to new court documents obtained by Vscek.
Kendra’s arrest occurred in broad daylight, shortly after noon on August 1, and prosecutors say she had less than a gram of THC. Cops have not said what led to her arrest.
Vscek obtained Kendra’s mug shot… and she looks pretty pouty.
Kendra tells Vscek… “I’ve been advised not to say anything. I’m not trying to incriminate myself further. I just know I’m not a criminal. I’m just a freak.”
Kendra is 29 and lives in Nevada, where adults 21 and older can legally possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis in a private residence or licensed lounge. However, things are different in the Lone Star State, where possession of weed is still highly illegal.
Records show Kendra was released on $1,000 bail… and is due in Conroe County Court next month.
