You can get the first six Final Fantasy games for about $10 each in this weekend deal

It’s crazy to think that the Final Fantasy series is nearly four decades old, but thankfully it’s less hard to believe that you can get all six original games in a cleaned-up and remastered form for just $60. That’s exactly what’s happening now with this weekend deal that discounts the Final Fantasy 1-6 Pixel Remaster bundle for $59.99 ($15 off) on Humble (PC), Nintendo eShop, and PlayStation. (Humble offer ends August 12 at 1 p.m. ET, while Nintendo and PlayStation offers run through August 14.)

The collection features all the original Nintendo and SNES Final Fantasy games with revamped pixel graphics and gameplay tweaks that allow for more flexible gameplay, and features rearranged orchestral soundtracks (though you can switch to the original tunes). So it’s easier than ever to see why these seminal games were a benchmark for RPGs, and how they laid the foundation for the worlds, characters, and creatures we still see in Square Enix’s latest installments of the franchise.

And if you’d rather have a physical copy than today’s digital offerings, Final Fantasy I-VI Collection Anniversary Edition can be pre-ordered for $74.99 on Nintendo Switch or PlayStation 4 from Best Buy, GameStop, and directly from Square Enix. The physical version will be released on October 8.
