Cole Palmer has committed to Chelsea, signing a two-year contract extension that will keep him at the club until the summer of 2033.

The 22-year-old English striker joined Chelsea from Manchester City on September 1 last year and has enjoyed a stellar season in the Premier League, contributing to 33 goals and scoring 22 times.

Under the new terms, Palmer will extend his previous contract by a further two years, as a reward for his outstanding season at Stamford Bridge.

In total he scored 25 goals and made 15 assists in 45 appearances in all competitions.

Palmer arrived from Manchester City last summer for an initial fee of £40m, with potential add-ons of £2.5m.
