Celtic have completed the purchase of striker Adam Idah from Norwich City for a fee believed to be up to £9.5m.
The 23-year-old has signed a five-year deal with the Scottish Premiership champions after a successful loan spell last season.
In February, Idah joined Brendan Rodgers’ squad temporarily and scored nine goals in 19 games, including the winning goal in the Scottish Cup final against Rangers, as Celtic added further success to their league campaign.

Speaking to Celtic TV after joining the Scottish champions, Idah said: “I think everyone knew where I wanted to be. It’s great for me and I’m delighted to be back.
“From the first days when I first arrived on loan, I immediately thought about playing for Celtic.
“It was amazing to score all those goals, to be with the lads and to see these amazing fans every week, it was incredible.
“I’ve never experienced anything like this and I’m so happy to be back.

“I’ve always wanted to play for Celtic and obviously last season was fantastic. To come here now and be a part of the team and this club is fantastic for me.
“Everyone at home, all my family and friends, they all wanted me to come back to Celtic, including me, so it’s a great thing and I’m so happy to be here.”
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers added: “We are delighted to welcome Adam back to Celtic on a permanent basis and are really pleased that he has agreed this new five-year contract with the club.
“The club has done a brilliant job in securing this long-term deal. We are investing in a player of real quality who will be crucial for us in the coming years.
“He is a player who has already given us so much, playing fantastically when he was on loan and giving his all for the club and our fans last season.
“He played a huge role in our success last year and I know he can be hugely important to us again.”
“Adam has fantastic attributes and is a dynamic, hungry and determined player who can really make the difference.
“The most important thing is that Adam feels at home at Celtic, he loves and is passionate about the club and I know he will give everything to bring success back to our fans.”
It is understood that Celtic will pay Norwich a near-record £8.5m to make the move permanent, with £1m in add-ons and a 15 per cent sell-on clause included in the deal.
After lengthy negotiations, he becomes the fourth arrival at Celtic this summer, with Paulo Bernardo returning after his unsuccessful loan, and goalkeepers Viljami Sinisalo and Kasper Schmeichel joining him.
