Today, all of our lives have changed irrevocably. I love you so much, Dad. More than words can ever express. Your strength was absolutely superhuman. You fought until the end, and the end was peaceful. It is all I could have hoped for. I love you so much. photo.twitter.com/0mt5blynH3

The news comes months after Sika passed away at the age of 79.
His daughter explained that he has had recent health problems… including two heart attacks and several major surgeries.
Afa kicked off his wrestling career shortly after leaving the Marines…with his first match in 1971. He later began training with his brother, Sika, and the two would later form the legendary tag team Wild Samoans.
The two won the WWF World Tag Team Championship three times during their stints in the promotion… and made appearances in other promotions throughout their legendary careers.
Afa was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007 along with his brother… and both were later inducted into the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2012.
RIP.
