On Friday, Bobby went to court and filed to officially end his marriage … according to new legal docs obtained by Vscek.
In the documents, Bobby lists the separation date as July 7, 2023… and cites trivial, irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation.
Khadijah announced their separation last August… and now Bobby is taking the first step toward legally ending their union.
Bobby and Khadijah have 3 minor children together…and he is seeking joint legal and physical custody. Bobby also wants spousal support from Khadijah and wants to end the court’s ability to award spousal support to her.
The now separated couple met at a nightclub and married in July 2010 at Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles.
Bobby played 7 seasons in the NFL as a defensive back with the Jacksonville Jaguars, New Orleans Saints and Philadelphia Eagles after being drafted out of the University of Florida.
