Drena, whose first Instagram post is a black and white shot of her as a child going out to dinner with her parents and the couple at the time Jack Nicholson’s World AND Angelica Houston (“At this point all I’m wondering is what the hell was I doing there???” she wrote), she remained in show business as an actress and producer.
Growing up, “it was definitely not your typical family lifestyle,” she told Everything Zoomer, “but there was a lot of warmth, fun, craziness.” She described her father as “an open-minded, nonjudgmental person who always accepts what people think is their path.”
Raphael has moved into the real estate business, which also runs in his family. According to his website, he heads the De Niro Team at Douglas Elliman in Manhattan, and is a partner in the Greenwich Hotel in TriBeCa.
The 46-year-old shares three children with his ex-wife Claudine de Matos and was married to the designer Hannah Carnes since March 2020.
Acknowledging that his last name has made him a target for the tabloids has made him famous. Raphael told The Real Deal, “I just try to keep my head down and keep my personal life private.”
