The 10 Best TVs We Reviewed, Plus Buying Advice (2024)

There are so many great TVs available now, there’s a good chance that even the ones that didn’t make our top pick could be a great option for you. Here are a few of our favorites that just missed the cut.

Samsung S95C Model: As mentioned above, the S95C (8/10, WIRED recommends) remains a fantastic choice. It might even be the best option for those who don’t want or need the 2024 model’s matte screen, but it’s still one of the best OLED TVs you can buy, especially considering its very affordable price tag.

Sony Bravia 7: The Bravia 7 (7/10, WIRED recommends) is a gorgeous screen, offering brilliant brightness, natural colors, and a smooth finesse of fine detail. Its biggest flaw is poor off-axis viewing, which might be hard to stomach at its high price. Otherwise, it’s worth considering for fans of that Sony glow.

Hisense U8K Model: While the U8N is much brighter, the U8K (8/10, WIRED recommends) was one of last year’s brightest, and it adds a ton of other goodies, from excellent contrast to great gaming features. It’s still worth considering if you can find it at a price point well below the U8N.

Samsung QN90B Model: Another great deal while it’s still available, Samsung’s QN90B (8/10, WIRED Recommended) has long been our favorite TV for bright rooms. It comes in a wide range of sizes and offers a bright, colorful picture and plenty of goodies, especially tempting considering its ever-falling price.
