There are a number of exciting upcoming Star Wars movies and upcoming arrivals Star Wars TV shows that audiences have been waiting a long time to hear more about. This includes not only completely new additions to Star Wars movies and TV shows, but also updates on various movies and shows that have already been confirmed or, in some cases, have already had a first season.

In light of what Star Wars currently in the works, and while many details and updates have been left intentionally vague, D23 was the perfect event to provide some answers. The trailer also revealed that The children meet Jude Law’s character, Jod Na Nawood, who is shown using the Force. While the children identify him as a Jedi, it is not entirely clear whether this is actually the case. After all, being a Jedi goes far beyond simply using the Force, and it is unclear how Jod Na Nawood received that training during this time in Star Wars timeline. In any case, this is an exciting update and suggests that an incredible story is to come.


3 LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy Gets a New Trailer

The non-canon Star Wars miniseries is full of surprises

Star Wars has unveiled a new trailer for LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy at D23featuring the voices of Mark Hamill and Ahmed Best. Rebuild the Galaxy is a four-episode miniseries premiering on September 13, 2024 on Disney+. Although the show is not canon, it will certainly be a brilliant addition to Star Wars. In fact, the fact that the show is non-canon means it can get quite creative, which Rebuild the Galaxy is clearly taking advantage of.

1 Andor Season 2 Will Include Some Familiar Faces

D23 has confirmed the return of two Star Wars characters in the final season of Andor

Cassian Andor actor and Andor Executive producer Diego Luna also made an appearance at D23 and provided an exciting visual update on the show. Andor It is confirmed that it will release a second season in 2025although many details remain secret. However, it was confirmed at D23 that Orson Krennic and K-2SO will make appearances in Andor season 2.

Luna also spoke about how deeply Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and his character, Cassian Andor, changed his life. Although little else is known about Andor season 2 at the moment, this season will be the last of the show and so it has to fill Andor season 1 and Rogue Onehinting at the story to come. While it’s unlikely that D23 will offer more information on Andor season 2, definitely, additional Star Wars announcements are coming.
