A new group of disrespectful vacationers caused trouble for the crew during the Aug. 12 episode of the Bravo series.

From complaints about going up and down stairs to arguments with staff over cutlery and even requests for cabin crew to rearrange “ugly” furniture, rude travelers, led by the head of charter guests Mahisha—left a bitter taste in everyone’s mouth. In fact, their behavior reached the point that the Captain Sandy Yawn he was forced to intervene and reprimand the group for their degrading attitudes.

“I always say this: If you break their character, you kill their spirit,” Sandy told the guests. “But if you’re kind and grateful, they’ll be supportive and want to do more for you.”

“I had a client who spent a million euros on a charter, and they were so rude to my crew,” the captain continued. “I pulled the chief and said, ‘I’m canceling your charter tomorrow if you treat my crew like that again.’ They changed their minds like that, because I called the owner and he said, ‘I don’t need the money. Stop the charter.’”
