He continued, “We are real human beings, this is our life and I am not here to entertain people I do not know with my private matters. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective attorneys in due course. Anyone who knows each of us, knows who we are.”
Before sharing his statement, Josh posted a photo of a sculpture that spelled out the word hope. Christina responded by reposting the image on her Instagram Story along with the message, “I HOPE he pays me millions more than he’s already offered.” She later deleted her post. He has not commented on her remark.
Josh released his statement a week after Christina apparently called him out during the court proceedings.
“I worked hard to build this life for myself and my kids and anyone who tries to take what they don’t deserve/did NOT work for should be ashamed,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “An insecure man with a big ego can definitely try to derail you but ‘I still get back up.’”
She added that “divorces don’t happen overnight and there’s always a breaking point. This is personal.”
