Based on TPG’s August 2024 valuations, this bonus is worth up to $1,275, which is the best offer we’ve ever seen on this card.
Annual fee: $199.
Profit rate: Nine total points for Hyatt stays: 4 points per dollar spent at Hyatt hotels and 5 points per dollar spent as a World of Hyatt member, plus an exclusive adaptive accelerator benefit that earns 2 points per dollar spent on gym and fitness center membership purchases. Cardmembers also earn 2 points per dollar on your top three spending categories each quarter with no spending limits. These categories include:
- Lunch
- Flight tickets purchased directly from an airline
- Car Rental Agencies
- Public transport and commuting
- Service stations
- Internet, cable and telephone services
- Social Media and Search Engine Advertising
- Shipping
Your earnings will automatically adjust to the categories you spend the most in each quarter, so you don’t have to select your favorite categories. In addition to bonus categories, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent on all purchases.

Why we like it: The World of Hyatt Business card offers great value for Hyatt loyalists who want to spend for status benefits. World of Hyatt Credit Card

Why we like it: The World of Hyatt card offers a number of valuable ongoing benefits, the best of which is the annual free night certificate at a Category 1-4 Hyatt property, which you’ll receive on each account anniversary. You’ll also receive a second free night after spending $15,000 in a calendar year.

Why should you get a Hyatt card?
Both the personal and corporate World of Hyatt cards offer many benefits to Hyatt loyalists. In fact, the Hyatt personal card is a top choice for TPG employees.
