She felt a similar closeness when she signed on to shoot the horror film #AMFAD: All my friends are dead (in select theaters, digitally and on demand starting August 2) featuring another former Nickelodeon alum Jade Pettyjohn.
When she heard about the film, Siwa said, “I thought, ‘This sounds like fun. I didn’t think twice about it. I love horror movies, I love Jade, I’m excited to work with someone I know again. I thought, ‘Yeah, why wouldn’t I do it?'”
And the experience was certainly not a disaster.
“It was so much fun,” Pettyjohn told E!. “When we had some time to ourselves between takes, I was like, ‘So what have you been up to?’ I was like, ‘Wait, we haven’t actually seen each other in years.’ So I was like, ‘Oh my God, we’re making up for years of tea right now.’ But it was great.”
Siwa agreed, “It was a dance. The atmosphere on set was amazing.”
Of course it’s not the only one Dancing Moms alumna who lives off the dance floor. See how the rest of her castmates are tackling their upcoming numbers.
