Georgia Gad is furious with Germany’s national airline… says his international travel experience with Lufthansa was a nightmare… and that he will never book with them again.
The “Frozen” star took to social media to slam Lufthansa, accusing the airline of reinstating him in economy class despite him having paid for business class on a flight from Frankfurt to Greece… a demotion Josh calls “crazy.”
From there it gets worse… Josh says that when he landed in Athens, he received an email from Lufthansa informing him that his luggage was not on the flight. Josh says the airline told him that there was simply too much luggage on the plane to carry his gear.
The apology and explanation left Josh “speechless.”
Furthermore, Josh says that the worst thing may have been Lufthansa’s customer service… or apparent lack thereof.
Josh says that when he checked in for his flight out of Frankfurt, airline representatives basically shrugged off people begging for help after missing their flight… saying the answer was basically, “Yeah, sorry, too bad.”
It looks pretty bad… and it must have been that way for Josh to speak… he says he’s “the most relaxed traveler and I always tell everyone in the service industry to just let it go because it’s really tough, but what I saw today was unacceptable.”
Josh is now enjoying his stay in Greece… but something tells us he can’t wait to catch his flight home.
