Luke Bryanis selling his Florida beach house… and finally someone found the kind of profit he was looking for, an 8-figure sum, to part with the property.
Vscek has learned that the country singer has a pending sale on his five-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the eastern Sunshine State. Luke was asking $12.95 million, an astronomical price tag, but one buyer clearly thinks it’s worth it.

The 4,800-square-foot home sits on over an acre of land in Santa Rosa Beach and features a gulf-front pool (for days when climbing 100 extra steps just doesn’t seem worth it), knotty pine floors, high ceilings, and a modern kitchen with the latest appliances.
The house has numerous balconies that extend from its 4 floors… and there is an elevator that takes the owners from the living room to the top floor, for easy access.
Despite all the comforts, it seems Luke had a hard time finding a buyer… the house was originally listed for sale in late 2022 for $18 million, but he has since lowered the price three times.
The sale is on hold for now, but if all goes as planned, it looks like LB will finally be able to leave Florida’s Gulf Coast after a year and a half of trying.
