Park Hyatt New York Plans Multimillion-Dollar Suite Upgrade
The luxurious Park Hyatt New York is set to undergo a multimillion-dollar renovation of its suites and lounge.
The property on Manhattan’s “Billionaire’s Row,” one of the opulent condo towers, will introduce a 3,500-square-foot Manhattan Suite as part of the glow-up. The sprawling new suite will sit atop the 25-story hotel and will feature a living area, full kitchen and private office. If guests want, they can connect the suite with two adjoining rooms with balconies overlooking Central Park, creating a three-bedroom megasuite.

Park Hyatt New York will also unveil revamped specialty suites, which will shift toward “understated elegance with vibrant urban energy” by January. All suites with outdoor terraces will now also feature fireplaces.
As part of the renovation, the hotel’s Rossano Ferretti Hairspa has relocated to the eighth floor of the Park Hyatt. Additionally, Spa Nalai at Park Hyatt New York will reopen closer to the hotel’s indoor saltwater pool this fall.
