The GOAT of gymnastics addressed her new luxury bag, which is usually worth tens of thousands of dollars, telling fans… “My parents bought me my Hermès bag 🥰. Don’t get mad at me, get mad at your parents.”
Simone says that his parents, Ronald AND Nelliegave her the bag as a gift after all her Olympic glory — and, truth be told, she just became the most decorated american gymnast in Olympic history. You can see why they gave her a little VIP treatment.
Some internet trolls started to get angry when SB posted pictures of a luxury shopping session… thinking it was making too much of a big deal out of it.
However, many of Simone’s fans have come to her defense, saying that she can spend her money however she wants.
She posted photos of her Birkin and Kelly bags at the Hermès store in Paris… and then showed off the brand’s iconic orange box, leaving fans wondering which one she actually purchased.
The answer, it seems, is none, but Simone’s response criticizing his parents probably won’t silence his detractors.
