Skai Jackson’s Domestic Violence Case Dismissed Due to Lack of Evidence

Sky Jackson will not face charges after her arrest for domestic violence following an argument with her boyfriend … because prosecutors say there isn’t enough evidence to take the case to trial.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office told Vscek they are declining to file charges because Skai has no criminal record, the alleged victim has no injuries, and he has refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

Vscek broke the news The Arrest of the Ex Disney Channel …after police say she was seen having sex with her boyfriend at Universal CityWalk last week.

We’re told officers responded to the scene at CityWalk and security arrested the couple after video showed Skai pushing her boyfriend.

Police say Skai and her boyfriend both denied any physical violence, despite the video, and told officers they were happily engaged and expecting a child.

Skai was still arrested for the misdemeanor of domestic violence, but was released just hours later.
