One of TPG’s most anticipated new hotels of 2024 is finally open to travelers looking for an ultra-luxury escape in South Florida.

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort is officially open to all guests with a hotel, spa or restaurant reservation, according to a call from TPG to the hotel on Friday. The new resort, the only new St. Regis to open in the U.S. this year, is located on a stunning barrier island near picturesque Sarasota.

Rates currently start at $616, or 88,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, per night.

The newest St. Regis property boasts an 800-foot private beach, a 20,000-square-foot spa, and a 475-foot meandering river pool. There’s even a Champagne button to summon a glass of fabulous bubbly—you are staying at a St. Regis, after all.

With 168 available accommodations, the resort features 26 suites with private terraces, and all accommodations lean toward a beach-chic aesthetic with blond wood plank floors, rain showers, freestanding tubs, and walk-in closets. Butler service, a St. Regis standard, is also part of your stay at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort.

“I’m pretty sure that most people when they come in [will] “But I really hope that after the first day, they walk away saying, ‘This is the best service I’ve ever had.’”
