As the wait continues for the conclusion of Miles Morales’ story in Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-VerseHasbro is revisiting the films that led up to this point with its Marvel Legends line of action figures. Collider can exclusively reveal a new line of Spider-Verse action figures featuring fan-favorite characters from the hit animated films, from Miles himself to his web-slinging allies like Gwen Stacy, Pavitr Prabhakar, and Hobie Brown, and more. While some figures in this wave are updates to previously released Marvel Legends collectibles, it includes two all-new releases featuring the ill-fated Peter Parker variant from the beginning of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse as well as alternate universe Miles Morales becoming the Prowler. The entire collection is expected to be out this fall.

The seven figures chosen are all inspired by the first two Spider-Verse film, with the figures of Miles and Peter taking specific inspiration from Inside the Spider-Man Universe while the rest refers to the 2023 sequel, Across the Spider-Man Universe. All figures are built with 20 points of articulation and extra accessories to pose them as if they were swinging, web-shooting, or fighting. The Marvel Legends line is Hasbro’s brand of providing high-quality comic book figures from across the Marvel canon that are made for display, but still hark back to that classic action figure design. These new collectibles continue that trend within the confines of the Spider-Verse and will retail for $24.99 (USD) each.

The “Into the Spider-Verse” figures reunite the heroes who started it all

The new Miles Morales Marvel Legends action figure is the first to feature his all-black costume that he created before his final battle with the Kingpin in the 2018 film. It’s crafted to represent the moment he fully embraces his role as the new Spider-Man and becomes the hero that New York, and perhaps the multiverse, needs. With interchangeable heads and hands, can be customized to shoot cobwebs and wear or remove mask for display purposes. Of course, Miles was started on this path by the original Peter Parker, who provides him with the USB stick needed to deactivate the Vscek that Wilson Fisk is recklessly using in an attempt to bring his wife and son back to life using parallel universes. He can be similarly customized with and without his mask.

“Across the Spider-Verse” Expands the Web with Multiversal Heroes and Villains

In Across the Spider-Man UniverseThe roster of unique Spideys expands significantly to include more intriguing variants from other universes. Among the returning characters, however, is Gwen Stacy, whose figure has been updated to better match her sequel design and to pair with a small figure of Miguel O’Hara’s holographic AI partner, Lyla. She remains a key ally for Miles during his multiversal adventure to stop Spot, alongside the highly stylized rocker rebel Spider-Punk, aka Hobie Brown, and Spider-Man India Pavitr Prabhakar, both of whom also get updated figures wielding their guitar and diabolo, respectively. One of Miles’ foes also gets a makeover, as Spider Society leader Miguel, aka Spider-Man 2099, gets a new unmasked head variant and a darker shade of blue that makes his suit a bit more intimidating.

The last figure in the set refers to the end of Across the Spider-Man Universe and set where Beyond the Spider-Verse will resume when it finally comes out. It features Miles G. Morales, the Earth-42 Miles who was supposed to become Spider-Man, but instead followed in his uncle Aaron’s footsteps and became the Prowler, complete with steel claws and an intimidating headpiece to complement his darker costume. Hasbro’s figure allows him to wear his mask or show his face to mimic the ending where he taunts a restrained Miles stuck in his own world. The trilogy finale will see Gwen, Hobie, Pavitr and others join the original Spider-Verse gang of Peter B. Parker, Spider-Ham, Peni Parker and Spider-Noir to find and rescue Miles before Spot can kill Miles’ father and continue wreaking havoc on Earth-1610 New York.

Hasbro’s Marvel Legends Spider-Verse figures are coming out this fall, but everything will be available for purchase on Hasbro Pulse starting August 8 at 1:00 PM ET for Hasbro Pulse Premium members and 2:00 PM ET for everyone else. In the meantime, get an exclusive look at the new toys in the galleries above.
