Will Smith he might want to start preparing for the apocalypse… because it looked like he had the streets to himself early in the morning… and it got him thinking “I am Legend.”
The actor shared a video on Instagram… telling fans he’s walking through Zurich, Switzerland in the early hours of the morning and thinking back to the 2007 hit film because he says he doesn’t see another soul.
Smith explains that he is only in Zurich because his plane was unable to take off… it is unclear exactly why he is in Europe, but he says he needed to spend the night there.
WS says it’s so quiet… the loudest noise comes from a particularly noisy crow trying to shush it into submission.
But there’s a moment when Will raises his voice with excitement… because he goes crazy when he sees a particularly famous Swiss object: watch the film until the end to see the star’s die-hard fan.
Will will have to get back to his “I Am Legend” mindset soon… because the sequel is coming soon and it will star the Hollywood hunk. Michael B. Giordano.
During a recent interview with PeopleMichael confirmed that he is working on the script with Will… adding that the film is coming along well.
Fans of the film will know that the character of Will (MAJOR SPOILERS HERE) dies in the original theatrical cut… but, in an alternate ending on the DVD, he manages to escape with his life, and that’s the ending the filmmakers chose.
There’s no word yet on when the two plan to actually shoot the film… but it looks like Zurich could be the perfect backdrop!
